Promo text will keep change back to english after amending other feature

Hi I having an issue that I have put a promo text “凡购买 RM200 以上的产品免运输费” at custom text. However, it will keep change back to “Free delivery fee for products purchased above RM200”. after few day. I have done clear my cache and try to incognito. Can you check what happen?
This happened quite frequently example: New update from your side, and the text will change back to english.

Thank you for your response.

Theme Options > Header Builder > Multiple headers > 2 headers > edit the custom header https://prnt.sc/zdGjXzVZHhR3 > Dropdown Menu > change Background Color and WCAG Color.

I have reported this issue before, what you done is help me rollback the previous issue, where I have mention before the I have tried to change the color of it before with way you mention above.
