Show more option on shop sidebar not working

Hi,

How can I fix this? I’ve put the settings to see 5 items per shop filter but they are all visible.

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

In order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.

Hi Rose Tyler,

I’ve disabled the plug-ins that are not on your list.
I also disabled the caching when loading the pages.

The problem is still there.

Please provide us with FTP access, we will check the situation more deeply. To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.
