Elementor will not work on website - by tristtram

Note that the 1.0 is the child theme, elementor will not work, sais in stock 4 for some reasone when i click it

Hello,

This error is not related to our theme. Please, contact Elementor or WooCommerce plugin support to get help with the compatibility of the tax option and Elementor.

Hello @Visioneone TV,

Please submit a new topic – https://www.8theme.com/forums/xstore-wordpress-support-forum/ and provide temporary wp-admin access, via the Private Content area, so we can take a closer look.
Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem. If you are using CDN cache or server cache, clear them also.
Enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.

I have installed the new theme, elementro is not possible to edit, only when I uninstall the XStore Core plugin

I have just checked your site and the XStore Core plugin is Installed and Activated on your site and also the Elementor edit page is working perfectly fine as well, please see the below-given screenshots, It must be the cache issue at your end nothing else, please try to clear the cache of your site and browser and check back.

hello good morning.

I am making a test page with the domain http://www.puntoequipos/prueba.com because we want to change the current one to your theme. At the moment of starting the elementor edition, it does not load, I have already done the following:
1. Elementor in safe mode.
2. Now verify that you have the .Htacces document
3. I tried the theme in another domain and it worked.
4. I tried elementor in the main domain http://www.puntoequipos.com and it worked.

“I already left the user as administrator.” – As we can see a page can’t be edited using Elementor even with the default WooComerce theme activated – Storefront https://prnt.sc/fFLYLm5r_rDk > https://prnt.sc/FB8SfM9W6jZ8 It means that the problem on your site is independent of our theme. We would recommend you contact support of WooCommerce plugin or your hosting provider.
