    We do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, but not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

    We kindly request you to provide us with FTP access in order for us to assess the situation and determine the best course of action to assist you.

    To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

    If the mega menu was created using a static block it can be displayed correctly for desktop devices only. You need to create a separate menu without static blocks (Appearance > Menus) and select it for mobile (Theme Options > Header Builder > Mobile menu).

    2/ Have you tried to contact the support of the mentioned plugins?

    3/ As we can see, the Shop sidebar area is empty (Appearance > Widgets). How did you add widgets in this case? If this was done by a plugin, how the current situation is related to our theme?

    2/ FTP access works, but the directory is empty – https://prnt.sc/1myPtoiKPFuy Please check the destination folder of our user, or ask your hosting provider for help with this, we need access to your WP installation.

    You did not provide even wp-admin access, so we can’t check settings of the product.

    We would like to inform you that when the Variation Gallery is enabled on the product page, the product will only display the Variation Image Gallery and not the product video and product gallery simultaneously.

    This is a default functionality of the Variation Gallery option. If you would like to request a change to this, you can post it to our taskboard at https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/, and our development team will be able to review it.

    1/ “there was no screen recording when testing yesterday. After you log in to our account, upgrade PayPal payment to 2.2.2, you will find that there is no PayPal button on the checkout page. You change the theme a little more and find that the PayPal button is back.” – please provide FTP access.     We kindly request you to provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access to the site where we can see that the Paypal Payment 2.2.2 works fine with the Storefront theme exactly, but not with XStore.
