Product description render error after migrating.

Hey there,

For some of the products the product description is rendered weirdly.
For eg: https://ioswp.arba-dev.uk/shop/all/dr-ceuracle-scalp-dx-thickening-tonic/. I have checked the existing website from which I imported the data, it looks fine over there. What is the issue?

We kindly request you to compare the activated plugins on both websites. Upon initial review, it appears that the page builder plugin, which was utilized to edit the description content, is not activated on the site you have referred to.

Hello @Rose Tyler,

The existing website was built on divi theme. So how do I resolve it now? You wouldn’t recommend to install the divi theme, right? It also has Otter – Page Builder Blocks & Extensions for Gutenberg plugin. Could it be this?

Dear Arbadev,

You can conduct the tests with the plugin independently.
Regardless of the theme you activate, different from the previous one, you will receive the same result. Unfortunately, we cannot assist with issues that do not pertain to the operation of our theme.

Elementor plugin is used to create content of pages, so you can use the same plugin for product descriptions, as we did on our demos.

Thanks for the above response.

There is some rendering issue on the home page. On the home page under the carousel we have ‘Chinmayi’s Top Picks’ section. The short description is not getting displayed sometime for one product from the four. Please watch this short video.

We kindly request you to alter the brief description content of the product “Dr. Ceuracle Royal Vita Propolis 33 Ampoule (30ml)”. It is possible that the issue you are encountering is due to the content currently present in that section.

I have another query. Can I disable the site preloader image just for the home page? I just don’t want it while loading the home page. For all the other pages it should be present.

I have a query regarding the usage of custom html blocks on single product page. Can I get the product details by some code in one of the custom html blocks. Let’s say I want to get product description in one of the custom blocks, how do I do it? I know there is already a description tab, but it’s hard to explain what I need to do. I want to do something like this https://sokoglam.com/products/leaders-amino-moisture-mask. Let me know, if it’s possible to do so.

I have another query. I want the reviews to be displayed separately and not in the tabs. I checked out the detached reviews option but it is placing it right below the tabs. I want it to be able to place in different section, independent of the tabs. How can I do it?
