Issue after importing xstore grocery template

    Hi,

    Good day to you!

    First, we fulfill the theme requirements, such as the max input var and max execution time.
    After the installation of the theme, we imported a “Grocery template”. We are facing some issues, like the homepage not showing the widgets, sections, and blocks (the template was not imported completely). We are attaching the picture below, which you can check out for your reference. Moreover, static blocks are also not working, and performance is very slow as well.

    1. Enable the Classic Widgets Panel via Theme Options > General and check back.

    2. In order to solve your issue, Please navigate to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed optimization > Menu Dropdown Ajax Loading, Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources > Off

    3. In order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

The root cause of the issue was the importation of the demo on the child theme, After followed by the activation of the Xstore Parent theme.

    Dear Sir;

    Thank you for kind support, we have restore the backup and then install the theme.

    1) home page banner and some images are missing.

    2) It is showing message “Selected static block was removed or unpublished” at footer and different areas of site. (footer is also not showing)

    lastly, please let us know the best way to delete dummy products and categories. we will do it.

    thank you so much for your quick support really appreciated.

    1) at product page “special product image” and “have a question image” is not showing.
    2) at product page, in tabs how we can add tab named as Downloads…after that how we can attached pdf, jpeg files etc.

    1/ We’ve edited “Special product” static block using Elementor and selected a product – https://prnt.sc/6ZRQjbKnG8h-
    “Have questions?” static block is selected here – https://prnt.sc/aabqEFUrPgdW , and we re-selected the demo image https://prnt.sc/CLC-4cv5o05k in static block settings to image from your media library.

    2/ Custom tabs can be set from Xstore >> Theme Settings >> WooCommerce >> Single Product Builder >> Tabs. Create content of tabs using static blocks.

    3/ You can try to use custom CSS code to edit the styles of the table, for example, add the next code in Theme Options > Theme custom CSS > Global:

    .single-product table td:first-child, 
    .single-product table th:first-child {
        padding-left: 10px;
    }
    .single-product table td:last-child, 
    .single-producttable th:last-child {
        padding-right: 10px;
    }

    Custom CSS for mobile:

    .single-product table {
        display: block;
        overflow-x: auto;
        white-space: nowrap;
    }

    add scroll for the table content.

    dear sir,

    i hope you will be fine, and thank you for supporting us.

    first, i have added custom tab as download for catalogs and uploaded the pdf.

    1. the pdf file is showing in all products in the download tab.
    2. how to make the link as button to download
    3. how the icon of file can be show like pdf, ppt, doc etc.

    second, where is the place to put category banner image

    third, please add reviews on product page under product title.

    fourth, add to quote on product page added, please let me know how to make as function like add to cart.
