    Hello, @JP,

We recommend that you disable the Mobile Content Optimization feature (found under Theme Options > General) if you are utilizing a cache plugin for mobile devices. This is due to the potential for conflicts between these two optimization options.

If the issue persists after this adjustment, we suggest deactivating all third-party plugins. This includes cache plugins, Litespeed cache, and Server cache (CDN) that are not included with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins). Following this, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

Should the issue continue, we kindly ask that you keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant us permission to debug your site. This includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site customization. This will enable us to investigate and provide appropriate assistance.

Please ensure that you have a complete backup of your site before proceeding with these steps.

Furthermore, we request that you provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so we can further investigate:

    WP Admin URL:
    WP Admin Username:
    WP Admin Password:

We would also appreciate if you could share some screenshots or a short video clip to help us better understand the issue you are experiencing.

    Best Regards,

This has nothing to do with my website or plugin conflicts… I did a new installation with just your theme and the basic plugins. the problem persists. If I place a banner, the links don’t work on mobiles. If you add an image and a title, the links will work.

You can see in this link ( https://www.giracas.com/staticblocks/roupa/ )that the images have a well-configured link, but if I select this static block in the mega menu the link stops working…

    Hello, @JP,

We hope this message finds you well.

We are writing to inform you that we have confirmed the functionality of the banner element on both mobile and desktop devices working correctly on our test site.

In light of this, we kindly request that you temporarily disable the Jetpack plugin on your site and subsequently perform a check. It is possible that the optimization plugin may be causing the issue on your site.

Furthermore, we would appreciate it if you could create temporary WP-Admin access. This will enable us to examine your settings more closely and provide a more accurate solution to the issue at hand.

We look forward to your prompt response.

    Hello,
I don’t have the jetpack plugin installed. As I said before, I tested on a new installation in the local test environment. through the local program by localwp.com. See the video demonstrating the bug. notice that the image fades when switched to the mobile version and loses the link.

    Please contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello, @JP,

    Thank you for your response.

If the mega menu was created using a static block it can be displayed correctly for desktop devices only. You need to create a separate menu without static blocks (Appearance > Menus) and select it for mobile (Theme Options > Header Builder > Mobile menu).

it doesn’t make any sense… I’ve always used mega menus on mobiles with other themes.
What are the “descript devices only” where can I find this information?

    Hello, @JP,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

We would like to bring to your attention that there was a typographical error in our previous response. We intended to refer to “desktop devices”.

Please check our demos to find out how the menu works with XStore theme. If the mega menu was created using a static block it can be displayed correctly for desktop devices only, so we created a separate Mobile Menu. If the mega menu was created in the default way, it can be shown for mobile too – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/27-mega-menu

We hope this information is helpful.

    Best Regards,
