Hi, we can’t load Paypal payment on our shopping cart page. Please assist. Thanks!

This is PayPal payment plugin for woocommerce. After installation, it will appear on the shopping cart page.

Hi, does your theme have a billing feature? If yes, how to set it up? If not, what do you guys suggest to enable billing. Right now the client is unable to pay and the site is not working. Thanks!

It is possible that the problem is independent of our theme, and the mentioned payment doesn’t load with any theme. In this case, you need to contact the plugin support team.

After troubleshooting, it was a conflict between woocomerce 8.0.3 and paypal payment 2.2.2, the problem was solved by using the previous version of paypal payment.

Hello, yesterday in testing also found that woocommerce 8.3.0,Paypal Payment 2.2.2 if you change the theme, Paypal is working.

We kindly request you to provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access to the site where we can see that the Paypal Payment 2.2.2 works fine with the Storefront theme exactly, but not with XStore.

We edited the product today, and when using the picture, we could not connect to Libaray. But Libaray works. What is the reason for this? Is the Libaray version too low?

Hello, there was no screen recording when testing yesterday. After you log in to our account, upgrade PayPal payment to 2.2.2, you will find that there is no PayPal button on the checkout page. You change the theme a little more and find that the PayPal button is back.

To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

1/ Your problem with images is caused by the plugin you installed – Real Media Library.

2/ FTP access works, but the directory is empty – https://prnt.sc/1myPtoiKPFuy Please check the destination folder of our user, or ask your hosting provider for help with this, we need access to your WP installation.

Fixed. Please clear cache and check now.

We’ve disabled Remove Query Strings From Static Resources in Theme Options → Speed Optimization.

You can delete the old PayPal Payments plugin v1.9.2.
