In case you change the page editor plugin, you need to re-create all content, that was created using Visual Compose on your site, using Elementor manually. There is no automatic converter, unfortunately.

The Elementor support team may help you, also there are a lot of Elementor video tutorials, online, this process is mostly independent of the theme activated on site.

There is no such option. A menu with 2 tabs is 1 element and mentioned wishlist and so on are separate elements that are shown under the menu element.
You can disable wishlist and so on via the Header Builder > Mobile menu, but add links into the menu directly, via Appearance > Menus > Mobile menu.
