I cannot find any relevant instructions in Elementor

At the bottom of the homepage in the “Grocery Market” theme, there is a section displaying “SHOP BY BRANDS.” I cannot find any relevant instructions in Elementor, and this section does not belong to any specific block or column. Could you please let me know how this section can be added? Also, how can I remove or edit it?
