My website is oppening like a mobile site on desktop

Hello,

The issue is not understandable for me so i need to consult. When I open to my website on desktop, if i do not login the page is oppening like a mobile page.

I am adding to screenshots:

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

This problem can be caused by an issue in custom CSS code added on the site. Please provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can check your code.

To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.

Also, I should notify again for understanding. If you opened to website, it has no problem. However, when you logged out the issue is starting that is important.

We appreciate your prompt response.

If the issue persists for unlogged users only, it is a cache problem. As we can see, you are using CDN. Please clear all cache (from CDN, plugin and server).
