I use images in webp format on the eshop. Now I fix emails for customers. During testing, I found that product images do not appear in emails. It is not possible for me to change all the images to another format. What solution would you recommend? Can you advise? well thank you

Please check how it works when our email builder is disabled.
Also, check how it works when not our theme is activated, but a default WooCommerce theme – Storefront (Appearance > Themes).

I couldn’t try it this way because there were no pictures in the email.
I don’t have a chance to try with a disabled or different theme because the email builder is attached to your theme.
Now I tried replacing the images in webp format with images in PNG format and they work and are displayed correctly in the sent emails.
