Hello,
I need help with the installation of Xstore themes. For now, I am planning to create multiple subdomains for my website. The idea is to have a blog appearance on our main website, and when you click “read more,” it will take you to a subdomain that we’ve already created. However, I haven’t been able to set up the Xstore theme for my subdomain so far. I’ve tried adding default themes in the wp-config, but it still didn’t work. Can you help me with this?
I might have more questions later.
Thank you.

I have already followed the tutorial. but the themes still doesn’t work on subdomain. How to configure it? here is the subdomain i want to configure
blog.eskayvie.co.id
Hello, Chafiedz,
We appreciate your prompt response.
What do you mean by “doesn’t work on subdomain”? Please describe the problem in more detail.
XStore should work fine on multisite same as any other WP theme, we do not have restrictions.
Please check how the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront works on the site. Do you face a problem with XStore only?
Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hearing from you soon.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
“doesn’t work on subdomain” What I mean is that on my subdomain, the theme doesn’t change like on the main domain; instead, it’s using the default WordPress theme. You can see on blog.eskayvie.co.id
and this is the main domain eskayvie.co.id
the demo theme i use from xstore on main domain is organic-cosmetics
Hello, Chafiedz,
We appreciate your prompt response.
https://eskayvie.co.id/ – your site is under maintenance mode, so we can’t check it without access.
On https://blog.eskayvie.co.id/ we can see XStore https://prnt.sc/xm3Fbb9aMLq3

Ups sorry for the maintenance website. Now you can open eskayvie.co.id.
Yup on blog.eskayvie.co.id there is xstore themes. but, the themes doesn’t change like eskayvie.co.id.
You can check eskayvie.co.id
Hello, Chafiedz,
Thank you for your response.
Now we can see the maintenance mode on https://blog.eskayvie.co.id/
We asked you to check how the sites work with another theme activated so you understand that there is nothing wrong when our theme is activated.
Different sites on the multisite will have different theme options settings. Not sure what you mean by “doesn’t change like…”, but it is correct that sites look different. If you want to get theme options from 1 site to another just export/import them, via Theme Options – https://prnt.sc/nk9s1Aevs-Nb
Please watch video tutorials from WordPress about the work of multisite. It is basic information that is out of theme support’s scope.

Helo.. sorry for late response,
Maybe i can explain my problem with the themes. I want to create multisite website using domain like blog.eskayvie.co.id. and i want the header/footer of multisite website is same like the main site.. how to setup that ?
Hello, Chafiedz,
Thank you for getting in touch with us.
As was mentioned you can export/import Theme Options. If you want just header and Footer:
1/ Header Builder > Header Templates > Export settings in file and then import on the desired site.
2/ Compare footer settings on both sites, and do apropriate cahnges on the second site.
Kind Regards,
