    Hello,

    We appreciate your prompt response, but we can’t connect FTP:

    Error:        	Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
    Error:        	Could not connect to server

    Please check it. Try to connect to FTP using FileZilla by yourself and provide us with the correct credentials.
    Is there a restriction by IP or something else that doesn’t allow us to connect?

    2/ We can’t check WooCommerce > Status > Logs, it shows 404 (screenshot in the Private Content area), via FTP there is no log file at all.

    3/ It seems that you (or your server) made some modifications in htaccess file → https://prnt.sc/lbrsvW0KayuG that could create such issues you describe in topic.

    4/ Also some modifications were made in wp-config.php file → https://prnt.sc/9ysraa0jb3TY the same date ( Screenshot )
    Did you install any plugins that could make such changes in files? Or maybe your hosting did some updates? Please, try to find answers on our questions and fix the server requirements mentioned above.

    [_url] — This tag is replaced by the URL of the page in which the contact form is placed.
    – maybe Quform has something similar, so please check the documentation of this plugin and then contact their support.

    Please note that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

    Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can check what can be done to help you.

    To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.

    The new theme version has the option to delete demo content, but you are using the old version, so there is no such option, unfortunately.

    Follow our docs to update the theme and Core plugin – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/ This option https://prnt.sc/EeXp7DHjTm1o will not appear for you, because you imported the demo when old version was activated, but it is still recommended to use the latest version.

    We recommend running an import on a fresh WordPress installation. To do this, you can use the WordPress Database Reset plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/). This plugin can be used to remove all existing content and install a new version from scratch.
    If you do not want to delete everything, maybe WordPress support will suggest you a plugin that helps to delete particular content.

    Another way, is just delete demo content manually: go to pages > select all > delete, do the same for posts, menus, products, categories of products ans posts, static blocks.

    2/ Disable 3rd party plugins to make sure that the problem is not caused by a plugin.

    3/ Make sure that the problem is not caused by additional coding on your site.

    4/ Provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access.
    You provided access before, but we can’t log in now, so it seems you changed them. Please provide credentials only after checking all the above points and making sure the credentials are correct, to prevent wasting time.

    WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts & Privacy > XStore “My account” page settings > you cna change “Products type” or even change the “Account page type” to Default (without the slider).
    There is no option to edit this slider using Elementor currently.
