Hi there folks, after updating Xstore I noticed that the shop filter’s widget is not coming up in the mobile view.

Before the update, it was showing up and now not showing, only on the mobile view.

Please let me know where is the issue, thank you.

    Hello, @oldguest,

    Thank you for your response.

We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

In addition, please provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can look into it further:

    Thank you for your cooperation.

Also, I would appreciate it if you could tell me how to change the payment icons banner in the checkout.

I’m using a classic layout for the checkout.

Thank you for taking the time to review our website.

Please note that we had no issues with the Perfmatters plugin until xStore update was made.

This clearly indicates that a problem is with the theme. As before the update, there were no issues.

    Thank you.

Hey guys, thank you for your support. All issues have been solved now.

However, there is one more thing I want to ask on how to remove the pulsing red dot in the mobile sticky menu. Please have a look at the screenshot.

Hey guys, thank you very much for helping me to sort out all these things.

There is one more thing and I hope it is the last one.

When the mobile sticky menu is open the close X button is not clickable and not working. Have to click elsewhere to close the menu.

We have checked if the X button is blocked by something but we can’t find what is causing it.

Please have a look at the screenshot below. Thank you.

    Hello, @oldguest,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

Upon thorough examination, we can confirm that the mobile bottom menu panel, specifically the ‘more’ toggle item, is functioning as expected. The open and close operations with the ‘X’ button have been tested and verified on our test site.

We wish to bring to your attention that the issue in question seems to persist solely on your website.

We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and optimizing plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

Hello folks we still experiencing issues with the mobile sticky menu.

    1. Menu closing button X doesn’t work.

    2. Please see this image – https://prnt.sc/W5YaOKJPlbM8 two buttons “home” and “shop”. I have no option to add translated language (for the Lithuanian version) links.

Please advise how we can add translated language version links to this menu.

    Hello, Oldguest,

1/ I wish to inform you that your inquiry will be forwarded to another specialist for a more detailed review.
We apologize in advance for the delay, as our developers are currently handling a high volume of requests.
Strange that we do not have this problem on our test sites and other our customers have not sent such complaints.

2/ Please go to Theme Options > Mobile panel > delete all sections and add new ones from scratch with tiles on your main site language.
After that provide us with FTP access and the translations (texts and links) you want to apply.
Unfortunately, the mobile panel has some glitches with the translation. It requires a custom code.
To create FTP access, please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team.

    Hello, @oldguest,

The problem on your site is definitely caused by a 3rd party plugin. We disabled all such plugins and the Close button works fine after that.

Due to the activation of caches and CDN on your end, it is not possible for us to determine which specific plugin is causing the issue. This is because each plugin needs to be turned off and a waiting period of 30 minutes is required for verification, and you have 46 of them.
Therefore, you need to disable all caches and CDN and find out which specific plugin is causing the problem.
This screenshot https://prnt.sc/uo7cX-qG-j_G may provide a clue. It appears to be a plugin that adds an additional area on mobile.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team.
