Age Verification popup not able to disable

Hi i recently purchased the theme, my website is in staging development process. i tried to disable the age verification process, its always shows when the option is switched off. please help me to disable the age verification process

Hello, Wowels,

Please try to disable the cache plugin and check how it works then.
In order to prevent the notice popup from being cached, please add the following cookies to your cache plugin settings > Reject Cookies:
etheme_cookies
For example – https://www.8theme.com/topic/wishlist-removed-items-reappear-after-page-reload-only-when-not-logged-in/#post-345307

Thank you for the reply. there are no third-party cache plugins installed and I tried to clear the browser afterward the same popup message showed.

Checked after clearing the browser cache and also checked in another computer, the same problem repeats (popup shows)

The Newsletter element was added to the Header builder content with Age Verification static block.
We’ve removed the Newsletter element from the header content.
