Hi,
I have translated the emails build in the email builder. But when using another language the emails are empty.
How can I fix this?

Please record a video of your settings and the problem.
Upload the video on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with URL.
Also, provide temporary FTP access.
To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

We appreciate your prompt response, but we can’t connect FTP:
Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Could not connect to server
Please check it. Try to connect to FTP using FileZilla by yourself and provide us with the correct credentials.
Is there a restriction by IP or something else that doesn’t allow us to connect?

As we can see it is not your first site, so likely you did the translation not in first time, was all fine before? Did you do this time everything like before?

Thanks for the reply.
You can purchase any item. Mollie (the payment provider) is in testmodus. When selecting a payment method you will see a screen where you can give an option. (payment succes, pending ect.)
This is the first site we translate with WPML. On other sites we use Weglot.

1/ https://prnt.sc/z86ZS-W0FS0G – we do not see the mentioned payment provider. Please login to the site using the credentials you provided for us and record a video, so we can then repeat your actions. Upload it on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with URL.
2/ Upon reviewing the logs, it appears that errors are originating from another plugin – https://prnt.sc/sCewC4-NXf1- . Could you please test how it functions when this plugin is disabled and confirm if everything is okay? I also noticed that this particular error is triggered when an email begins its dispatch, hence there is a probability.

1. The video: See private
When ordering in Dutch (native language) the mails are correct. When ordering in German or French the emails appear blank.
2. This error was due to testing the DHL plugin. I forgot to enter the senders adres so the labels did not generate.

We have conducted tests, but we continue to receive emails in only one language https://prnt.sc/BpUaAyvNH5rs . Unfortunately, we have been unable to determine the cause of this issue.
We would like to suggest the following possible solutions:
1. Contact WPML directly for assistance.
2. Test a real order, as there may be issues with the test version.
3. Consider using the plugin that was previously used for translations.

I found an alternative solution.
I duplicate the original emails.
Then select the other language. Don’t connect the languages. Then select the language only for the billing country. https://ibb.co/8MHq9WR
