Cant see te Design changes on the frontend

Hi
If installed your theme, including a Demeo theme on my server.
I started to make som Design changes (Colors, Logo, etc,)
on the backend under Theme Options, i see the changes.
But not on the frontend! There is still your Demo Content to see.
What is the Problem?

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

1) Kindly proceed to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed optimization. Once there, please locate and select Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources. Subsequently, turn off these options.

In the event that you are utilizing a cache plugin, we recommend temporarily disabling it.

We trust that this will rectify the issue you are currently experiencing.

2) If the changes you make in the Customizer are not reflected on the page, it is likely a caching issue. If the changes are visible in the Customizer, they should also be visible on the front end.

We recommend that you temporarily disable any CDN caching and cache plugins, clear your browser cache, and then check again.

If the issue still persist, Provide temporary wp-admin access via the private content area, so we can check the situation on your site more deeply.

Hi,
I made the adjustments under Xstore > Theme Options > Speed optimization. Nevertheless, you can’t see the design changes.
Can you check my backend to see what is set incorrectly?

We can’t log in – https://prnt.sc/lzN1Np5N77ey Please provide the correct credentials.

The Home page uses a custom header, to be able to edit it, please go to Theme Options > Header Builder > Multiple headers > edit Front page header.

We are pleased to inform you that your issue has been resolved. We kindly request you to revisit your site after clearing your browser cache.

We have deactivated the ‘Remove Query Strings From Static Resources’ option located under XStore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization and have published the changes.
