    Thank you for reaching out to us and bringing this matter to our attention. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced.

    To fix the problem, you need to reset the header content (via Theme Options > Header builder > Reset header builder) and then add elements again. You will not lose settings of elements, just need to set elements to desired positions after the reset.

    In order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing problems.

    We would firstly recommend you fix the errors you have intended of our theme → https://prnt.sc/kbBM7lhqLTCL
    https://prnt.sc/mZR9NzGi1znW – error comes because of the structure of your child theme.

    After switching to the parent theme – there is no child-theme https://prnt.sc/8dhf9dzeUCCM because of global changes in the child-theme (mostly because of removing the main information in your xstore-child/style.css → https://prnt.sc/JerVYd1Mqg2B (required) VS https://prnt.sc/jHzYbfbeiKmR (your file))

    Also, because of such “changes“ you have even after activating child-theme (with manually added needed code in style.css) you have a broken structure and you should fix it (set correct options or fully create a new child-theme because the one you have could have a broken named in WP data) with correct style.css file head.

    2/ About the error in Email builder = we checked it and found that main issue comes not from our builder but from WordPress files → https://prnt.sc/84r7yDwviiKw . By checking the files on your server we noticed that you had some modifications in a few files → https://prnt.sc/_2kaG7yffPaI . The first and real possible idea to fix it we have now is to reinstall WordPress fully (but do the backup first).
    Note: we don’t have such errors on our dev sites.
