Issue with Advanced Product Labels plugin

Hi,

I’m trying to use the WooCommerce Advanced Product Labels plugin with XStore theme but I’m having an issue: the labels show up on the archive page but do not show up in the product page. Is there any way to fix this?

1/ Have you tried to contact support of the plugin first?
2/ How it works with Storefront (default WooCommerce theme) activated on your site?
2/ Please provide the URL of the single product page and temporary wp-admin access, so we can check your settings.

The plugin is working fine with other themes so I’ve not contacted its support.

Sorry for the inconvenience, I transferred the website to a new web host and there was a DNS propagation in progress. The credentials should be working now, I have just tested them.

– According to your choice to use the Single Product Builder there is a fully different structure of actions. Most of them are coming from XStore theme/XStore Core. So that default woocommerce actions will not work normally, because if they would then there could not be such customizable options to use for the builder.
