Our developer has already suggested that you reinstall WordPress and then conduct a check. It is not certain that the issue lies within the jQuery file, as WordPress contains thousands of different files. Therefore, please proceed with the reinstallation of WordPress, or alternatively, install the theme locally on your system and test whether the emails are being constructed properly.
We have compared the jQuery files and they are now identical. However, if the problem persists, we advise you to follow the recommendation provided above.

We’ve temporarily removed the slider and the scroll works fine.

Do you want to change XStore theme to another one and get a refund for this one, or do you want to change the demo version that was imported on your site?
There is no option to switch from one demo content to another in one click, unfortunately. If you imported demo content with an old theme version, not 9.2, this button https://prnt.sc/-8ZL6590mV7q is unavailable.
In this case, you may need to manually delete demo pages https://prnt.sc/i0Ito6GJwFUU , posts, menus, static blocks, and so on, and then d the new import. Create a staging site (it can be a full copy of your current site), and do changes there first.
We recommend running an import on a fresh WordPress installation. To do this, you can use the WordPress Database Reset plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/). This plugin can be used to remove all existing content and install a new version from scratch.
