Not allowing us to post on the taskboard section

Hi 8theme team,

We were trying to submit some ideas we have for the theme on taskboard but it wont allow us.

We are already logged in on the account and when we enter the details and click create, it shows the a popup which tells us to create an account;

Click here to sign up with your e-mail address

Please let us know on how we can overcome this to submit our requests.

Hi Rose,

We tested it and it is still giving us the same problems.

We have also tried 2 browsers and clear all cache/history etc.

Hello,

Sorry for the delay in answering.

It is strange because we already recorded a video that it works for us when we log in to your account Chrome browser not an incognito window.
Please make sure that you are using not an incognito window. We can see the problem only via the incognito browser window only, and this was forwarded to the dev team.
