Problema popup newsletter, non è più possibile impostare la chiusura

Fino alla versione precedente del tema, quando creavo e impostavo il popup della newsletter, potevo impostare che al click si chiudeva e non si riapriva più, ora non si può e voglio poter decidere io se il popup si riapre sempre o no, come posso fare? Grazie

Please try to disable 3rd-party plugins on site to check if one of them is the reason for the disappearing settings.

Ho visto che nel codice son stati messi i parametri “display: none” a questi ID:
– customize-control-newsletter_shown_on_et-desktop
– customize-control-newsletter_delay_et-desktop
– customize-control-newsletter_close_button_action_et-desktop

Lo sviluppatore sono io e non ho messo questi parametri, come posso toglierli? Grazie

We kindly suggest that you attempt to locate and eliminate the custom code. Alternatively, you may consider creating a new Child Theme and transferring your customizations to this freshly established theme.
