Xstore doesn’t work properly after activating WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin

    Hi.

    We are going step by step to add our plugins and we fix issues and making design changes. We are now trying to activate the WooCommerce Subscriptions and we noticed that the side cart is not showing nicely like before, the image and product info are too large and scrollable).

    Another issue is when we access the Customize section of the theme the page get stuck on load.

    Please check what is the issue and let us know.

    Another related issue.

    The item price should be changed automatically when the subscription is selected, but from some reason nothing happens.

    Kindly proceed to the following location: Elementor > Settings > Integrations > WooCommerce. Once there, please select the option to disable the Mini Cart Template.

    “The item price should be changed automatically when the subscription is selected, but for some reason, nothing happens.” – please record a video and provide URL of page with this.

    Upload videos on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with URL. So that we can check and help you.

    You should have real support team, not a bunch of guys answering to everyone to shut off features.

    Kindly proceed to the following location: Elementor > Settings > Integrations > WooCommerce. Once there, please select the option to disable the Mini Cart Template.

    I will not turn off anything, I want to use ALL THE FEATURES. So, kindly fix the issue and let me know when it works.

    I will create a video showing the screen stuck on loading, browser is Google Chrome.

    I will do the same for the price not changing.

    KINDLY FIX THE SIDE CART ISSUE ASAP.

    1/ We’ve asked you to disable Mini Cart Template in Elementor settings because it displays content of Off-Canvas cart like this – https://prnt.sc/DxajsO3YVWgR
    If you like this displaying, just ignore us and do not disable this option. It is not a bug, but an effect from Elementor.

    It is not a bug, but an effect from Elementor.

    But your theme is working with Elementor, so it should look the same all the time. Let me know please how to make it look like it was previously (on your online demo).

    2/ We’ve checked and see that without these 2 plugins https://prnt.sc/xs8oEkTg-VyD , Theme Options can be loaded correctly https://prnt.sc/kBno9dvJByKi
    Our dev team will check what can be done to help you. Please do not change access and be patient. I will let you know once get an answer from them.
    At the same time, please contact the support of WooCommerce and ask for assistance from their side too.
    Also, please check the server error log, and let us know.

    3/ About the price, we’ve checked how it works with Storefront (default WooComerce theme) – https://gyazo.com/2498f5c746b79533d9b65238ba5a89c4 We do not see that change even with the official WC theme.
    Please describe in more detail what exactly and how works with the Storefront but doesn’t work with XStore.

    We can see that now it looks better after you deactivated the 2 plugins. We will keep all the access as is so you can get this fixed. We appreciate your help here.

    For the price we also checked and you are right, in normal it doesn’t change. We will keep it like that for now.

    Hello, Hempednyc,

    We are writing to inform you of an issue caused by a conflict between certain plugins and our swatches, specifically in the following section: https://prnt.sc/sIk1ArbPWE6O. This conflict triggers an infinite loop of calls to our swatches, leading to system overload.

    The same bug is also present on the frontend when attempting to select a variation within this block. Currently, the most effective solution is to disable the display of swatches on the shop page. The default WC theme – Storefront does not exhibit this issue as it does not display variations on the shop page.

    To disable the swatches, please navigate to the following settings within your website’s admin panel:
    1. Go to Theme Options.
    2. Select WooCommerce.
    3. Click on Shop Elements.
    4. Choose Variation swatches.
    5. Set the Position to “Disable”.

    Hi,

    Thanks, but we decided to keep our previous used plugin Variation Swatches and turn off your feature since it causes too many issues. Even if you will fix it to us now and we will pay for it, it will only be a matter of time until an update of your theme or other feature will cause another issue to solve.

    Anyway, you have a good theme in your hands, I would keep it like that and make sure that EVERYTHING is working, we all will be grateful and you will have less time to spend on technical support.
