Problems editing with xstore and final result

Hello,

I have personalized one of your themes demo to this:

But every time i try to visit the site or leave the xstore personalization i get this:

The changes do not apear…

1) Maybe a custom header is used, and you need to edit it too. Go to Theme Options > Header Builder > Multiple headers > edit custom header for the Front page. https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/139-cant-see-changes-in-the-header-on-the-home-page

2) Kindly proceed to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed optimization. Once there, please locate and select Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources. Subsequently, turn off these options.

In the event that you are utilizing a cache plugin, we recommend temporarily disabling it.

I tried all that but i still have the same problem…
I dont know why you cant acess, i tried other browsers and it is working, i send again in private area…

Hello, @filiphdan,

We appreciate your prompt response.

The home page uses a custom header, because of this, other pages with the default header have your changes already, but not the Home. Please check any other page, not Home on your site.

As was already answered, please go to Header Builder > Multiple headers > edit custom header for the Front page – https://prnt.sc/XMEulV6J33Gf

https://prnt.sc/jHrN0ROSZoGb – this page we see when trying to log in. There is a restriction from your side. If you did not enable it, contact your hosting provider. maybe there is a restriction by ip, location, or something else.

I will check with my hosting provider to solve that issue.
The problem with the header is fixed now, thank you for the help!
