    1/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and disable CDN on your site) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If this doesn’t help, please provide FTP access.
    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Should the issue persist regardless of the theme activated, we advise you to seek assistance from the WooCommerce plugin support team for further investigation.

    However, if the problem appears to be isolated to the XStore theme, please provide us with FTP access.

    1/ Image sizes come from WooCommerce plugin settings – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/woocommerce/product-images/
    Please go to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images > Thumbnail Width > set 355px . Once you have made this change, please proceed to regenerate the thumbnails using the appropriate plugin.

    + Theme Options > WooCommerce > Products Design > Stretch image > Off.

    2/ Custom CSS code can be used to change font-size of mentioned texts:

    .content-product .product-title {
        font-size: 20px !important;
    }
    .single-product .product-content .product_title {
        font-size: 40px !important;
    }

    Please accept our apologies for the delay in responding to your inquiry. We have been diligently investigating the issue you reported and would like to provide you with an update.

    Upon review, we identified that the error you encountered was due to the presence of empty values within all your quantity discounts. You can view the specifics of this error here: https://prnt.sc/1HJdjHRePaIf

    To address this, we have implemented a global solution that verifies the number of discounts set by the customer in the settings. This should prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.

    However, it appears that this measure alone does not fully resolve the problem at hand. We recommend that you conduct further testing without the child theme (but parent theme activated) and with all plugins disabled. Since this is not a staging environment, we have not performed extensive modifications.

    For the time being, we have disabled the feature in question to ensure that your site continues to function correctly. We are aware that enabling it causes the shop to malfunction, including the single product pages.

    We would greatly appreciate it if you could carry out the recommended testing and provide us with your feedback.

    There is no option to switch from one demo content to another in one click, unfortunately. If you imported demo content with an old theme version, not 9.2, this button https://prnt.sc/-8ZL6590mV7q is unavailable. In other case, the mentioned button can be used to remove demo content and you will be able to import a new demo after that.
    You can manually delete demo pages https://prnt.sc/i0Ito6GJwFUU , posts, menus, static blocks, and so on, and then do the new import. Create a staging site (it can be a full copy of your current site), and do changes there first.
    We recommend running an import on a fresh WordPress installation. To do this, you can use the WordPress Database Reset plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/). This plugin can be used to remove all existing content and install a new version from scratch.
