Change of font style & size only in one html block in header

I want to customise html block as below :
1. Font size
2. Font type
3. Color

Need changes in header
1. Increase the height of the header & menu row

2. Make the header & menu row transparent so that image main image will be seen in homepage. (screenshot shared) on hover.

3. What are the more font design I can use

1/ Go to Header Builder > Main header settings > Computed box > add padding top and bottom https://prnt.sc/HT8H0FV61W_F , and you can do the same for the Menu element.

Additionally, we encourage you to explore other available settings and perform several tests to ensure you are comfortable with future header modifications.

2/ Header Builder > Multiple headers > Add new Header and set it for the Home page only. Edit settings of this custom Header for the Front page > Header overlap > On, then set transparent background for the header – https://prnt.sc/DEC34Vy8Pvx0

1. Which is the original font of top header of theme.
2. How I can change it to original font design but I increase font size & boldness
