Theme update failed error message not sure how to fix

    Hello,

    I got this error message and I am not sure how to fix this. Can you guide me please?

    To proceed effectively, we require wp-admin and FTP access to further diagnose and resolve the issue.

    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Hello, Jade,

    We can’t log in. Please check credentials.

    Also, your issue should be solved after registration theme you done already, so please go to Dashboard > Updates > click on “Check again” and try to do updates after that.

    you can’t log on to WordPress or the FTP?

    I did the check again under updates but it still shows Xstore needs update

    Actually, it worked. I tried the update and it was accepted
