    1/ Please check how mails work when our email builder is disabled (XStore > Email Builder).
    Also, check how it works when no XStore theme is activated, but a default WooCommerce theme – Storefront (Appearance > Themes).
    Let us know the results of the tests.

    – Xstore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization > Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources > Off.

    1, 2/ Please provide videos of problems or screenshots with examples for a better understanding.

    3/ We do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins, and we can not provide support for such plugins. Sometimes, but not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

    1/ We’ve checked and see that our theme is not a reason for showing 1 product per row on the Shop page, to confirm it we’ve activated another theme on your site (Storefront – default WooComemrce theme), here is the result – https://prnt.sc/kYd0BTrKBoTj
    This means that any theme you activate will give you the same result, there is something from the Elementor plugins (Elementor Pro or Pro Elements) side that causes this behavior. To solve the issue you need to contact support of the plugin directly. Sorry, but theme authors can’t help here, unfortunately, because the situation is independent of the theme.

    2/ Please do not change wp-admin and FTP access, we see something that isn’t related to the current issue, but that should be fixed. Our dev team will check it after the weekend.

    It looks like the New Header builder is activated on your site https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/new-xstore-header-builder-with-elementor/ It means the option from your screenshot can not work, and you need to edit the header template via XStore Builders > Header.

    Save static block content as a template https://elementor.com/help/how-to-duplicate-an-elementor-page/ , and then import it inside the header builder > header template.

    1/ Have you tried to disable CDn caching also?

    2/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and disable CDN on your site) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    3/ Should the aforementioned steps fail to rectify the issue, please provide a video of the problem and your actions.

    We can’t connect FTP:

    Error:        	Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
    Error:        	Could not connect to server

    Please check it. Try to connect to FTP using FileZilla by yourself and provide us with the correct credentials.
    Is there a restriction by IP or something else that doesn’t allow us to connect?

    Based on the screenshot you provided, it appears that “Developer Mode” is currently enabled. We kindly ask you to disable this mode and verify if the issue persists.
    This mode is intended for when you have real orders on your website and want to send your customers old emails (not broken new ones) while you are building new emails with our builder.
    This option is recommended to use while you are creating your emails with builder and if you are ready to test them you may just switch off the developer option.
