    Hello, @EB Collection,

    Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

    We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and disable CDN) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hearing from you soon.

    Best Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hello, @EB Collection,

    Thank you for your response.

    We would like to inform you that we have removed the condition from the XStore Builders > Product Archive Builder > Edit Condition (Product Categories).

    Consequently, the settings for the archive page (including the Shop page and category pages) are now uniform across all categories.

    You can access and modify the available settings by navigating to XStore > Theme Options > WooCommerce.

    We hope this update assists you effectively. Should you have any further inquiries or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best regards,

    Thank you so much for fixing this issue. I also found the condition option and understand how to use it in the future.

    Is there any additional CSS query so that all the product pictures align in the same manner, as some are currently showing above and others below?

    Also, in the Product Archive, I have to use Infinity Pagination as the number pagination is not displayed or working. I want the customer to be able to browse to a specific page number instead of scrolling through all the products.

    Hello, @EB Collection,

    1/ Image sizes come from WooCommerce plugin settings – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/89-product-images
    Please go to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images > Thumbnail Width > set 355px . Once you have made this change, please proceed to regenerate the thumbnails using the appropriate plugin.

    + Theme Options > WooCommerce > Products Design > Stretch image > Off.

    We hope this helps.

    2/ We are pleased to inform you that the issue you reported has been successfully resolved. We kindly ask you to revisit your site after clearing your browser’s cache to see the changes.

    Please be advised that we have deactivated the WooCommerce Infinite Scroll and Ajax Pagination plugin on your site to ensure optimal performance. It is important to use only one pagination method at a time.

    For your reference, we have set the Pagination Type under the following navigation path: XStore > Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop Page Layout. Please scroll down within this section to view and adjust the pagination settings as needed.

    We hope this resolution meets your satisfaction. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Okay, got it. The Ajax won’t work with the numbered pagination, but it’s looking fine now. The customer can browse easily. Thank you.

    Regarding the other point, it seems you also took this step. When I checked, the thumbnail regeneration process notification was already displayed, indicating it’s running in the background, and the image stretch is already off. However, the images still aren’t balanced with each other.

    One more question: On the single product page, is the QR Code image automatically generated, or do I have to manually input it for every product?

    Hello, @EB Collection,

    1/ You are welcome.

    2/ We would like to inform you that the actions required are detailed in the documentation. Specifically, you are required to regenerate the images using the designated plugin.

    Please note that the dimensions of the images are not related to the theme. The settings mentioned are derived from the WooCommerce plugin. Therefore, we kindly suggest directing any inquiries regarding this matter to the WooCommerce support forum at the following link: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    It is recommended to use a graphics editor and prepare product images (make them the same size) before uploading images to your media gallery and for products.

    After that check again.

    3/ Regarding QR Code image, Please read this topic: https://www.8theme.com/topic/qr-code-issues-on-the-new-products-i-created/

    We hope this helps. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    1. Actually, I was talking about the text and button showing below pictures, which were not aligned. I was using the products grid option and facing this issue.

    Now, using the product that has the alert “This widget was deprecated since v4.1.3. Please, use Products Grid, Products List, or Products Carousel widgets instead,” it’s showing proper alignment even with pictures of different sizes.

    The issue now is that I can’t change the price color and font, etc., which is available in the Product Grid. So, how can I change the price color and text style?

    2. Okay, got it. QR code is not supported, so I removed it from the widget.

    3. I put a discount on all products, like a flat 10% off. It’s showing “up to 10%” text instead of just “10%.” Also, only the discounted price is showing. How can I show the full price beside the discounted price? Picture attached for reference.

    Hi,

    1. It’s the home page, https://ebcollection.online/. To understand the issue, please check the previous discussion messages where I shared the picture showing the text and button alignment not properly, and your team referred it to WooCommerce support.

    The alignment issue on the main page has been resolved after adding a simple product instead of a product grid. However, now, how can I change the price color and text style on the home page?

    3. The shared link is not loading properly on my side, so I can’t see what changes I need to make. I want the full price to be shown beside the discounted price so that customers can see both prices (Regular price beside sale price), and instead of “Up to 10%”, it should show “10%”, as I shared in the picture earlier from your other theme.

    Hello, @EB Collection,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

    1/ Custom CSS code can be used, for example:

    .content-product .price {
        color: #222;
        font-size: 15px;
        font-weight: 600;
    }

    1. I’ll try this custom CSS after fixing the discount issue. I’ve attached a picture for reference showing how I want it to look like: regular price in black text and the sale price in red.

    2. I applied the settings as per the screenshot, but it’s not working as expected. The discounted price is still being displayed on the main page even after removing the “Sale” text from the label and turning off the variable sale percentage. Please check from your end, as the admin access remains the same.

    Hello, @EB Collection,

    We noticed from your recent screenshot that an additional discount plugin is being utilized, which was not previously mentioned.

    Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access?

    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    I’m using the plugin that came with the theme, and I’m not sure if there are any other options available for applying discounts.

    Hello @EB Collection,

    Regarding your current setup, it appears that you have activated the “Minimum price only” option for Variable products, as depicted (https://prnt.sc/pmk69jqnQSZ5). This setting causes the price displayed on Archives to show only the minimum price across the product’s variations. If you prefer to display a static range of prices instead, you may disable this option, resulting in the following outcome: (https://prnt.sc/ZNdE6GwzR98d). Should you desire additional pricing information alongside the simple one, we recommend submitting a customization request through our platform (https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel), as such modifications fall outside the scope of our support policy (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/25-support).

    Furthermore, we conducted an examination of how the WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing & Discounts plugin affects the pricing of Variable Products with the default StoreFront theme. This assessment aimed to discern if any issues pertaining to modifying Variable product prices are specific to our XStore theme. Our investigation revealed that the plugin maintains the price when it is represented as a range (e.g., from X to Y), as shown (https://prnt.sc/G_wE2wrorYXn), whereas it adjusts the price of Variable products if all variations share the same price, as demonstrated (https://prnt.sc/D-utSah435tL). Consequently, we have submitted a request to the plugin’s author regarding the aforementioned issue and await their response and resolution.

    Regarding the text “Up to X%”, you can modify it using the Loco translate plugin, accessible (https://prnt.sc/a5IKb0anPz88). By adjusting the string to include only “%s” without the “Up to” prefix, you will achieve the desired result, as illustrated (https://prnt.sc/EYvbq5JdcLw5).

    Hi,

    Thank you for addressing and resolving the issue related to the ‘upto’ and other discount calculations.

    I have reviewed the ‘upto’ text, which now displays as ‘%10’, and it looks satisfactory.

    Regarding the other point you raised about the variable and minimum price display, I’ve observed that the discount price is not appearing alongside the actual price in either case. I believe this is a fundamental ecommerce feature that should be included without the need for custom development. It’s essential for customers to see the discounted price alongside the original price, whether it’s the minimum price or within a price range.

    I haven’t explored alternative discount plugins, as it’s not recommended to use them with the current theme due to potential compatibility issues.

    I’m looking forward to your response regarding this matter.

    Thank you.

    I’ve recently tested another plugin, https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-discount-rules/, to determine if it yields similar results to our current plugin.

    Fortunately, the results are promising, indicating that no further development is necessary. However, it’s important to highlight that many advanced features of this plugin are exclusively available in the pro version.

    Is it possible to achieve the desired display with the discount plugin recommended with the theme?

    Attached are the pictures depicting the envisioned display.

    Dear @EBCollection,

    We are pleased to hear that you are satisfied with the solution provided for the sale percentage texts.

    Regarding the product discounts plugins, we must clarify that we have not fully tested all the features of the plugin you are currently using. We recommend reviewing the documentation available at (https://pricepep.com/docs/) or directly contacting their support team for detailed assistance. They may be able to offer a workaround or confirm if the desired results can be achieved using another tested plugin.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Hi,

    After reviewing the documentation, I couldn’t find any relevant information on this matter. Unfortunately, I’m unable to directly contact their support team as they require a purchase code for query submissions, which I don’t possess since this plugin came with the theme.

    I would greatly appreciate it if you could inquire with their support team on our behalf regarding how to display the actual price with a strikethrough alongside the sale price on both the main page and single product page.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

    Thank you for submitting the query. Now, let’s wait for their support team’s response.

    I’ve also tested the demo on their page by applying discounts to both simple and variable products, and it displayed the strikeout price with the discounted price on both the main and product pages. However, it seems that this functionality is not working with our XStore theme.

    I appreciate you sharing the simple inquiry option on their page. Hopefully, their team can address and resolve this issue for us.

    Please keep me updated once you receive a response from them.

    Thank you.
