hello, whenever I want to make a static block first of all it never displays on header above, and If I edit footer from static blocks it don’t even work even after update, I have cleard cache from my cdn, from my browser, I also use a cache plugin but this theme is really stubborn it stays same. Now your customer support will respond it “Kindly give me website login details”, everytime I cannot make another adminstrator, kindly try to understand, and the second thing is that you have only made tutorial vidoes in wp backery, I use elementor.

Yes the footer color is grey, and I changed its color to black using elementor in static blocks, upon upgrading its still showing grey color not black. I have tried on different computers but the problem is not solving. And I have deleted the administrator as I have made it only for, previous issues. Everytime if these issues come, I need to make an adminstrator??

It seems to be cache issue on your end, Kindly proceed to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization. Once there, please locate and select Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources. Subsequently, turn off these options.

In the event that you are utilizing a cache plugin and CDN, we recommend temporarily disabling them. Afterward please check again your site on fresh new browser.

If you can see the changes in the Customizer but not on the page front, it is likely a cache issue. If it is functioning correctly in the Customizer, it should also be functioning on the front end.
We trust that this will resolve the issue you are experiencing.

To edit the content, please navigate to XStore Builders > Footer > Edit Template. Due to this update, the previous settings in the Theme Options for the footer are no longer functional.

We are here to assist you. Please check the functionality of the footer builder on your site and let us know if anything is unclear.

Hello, Nomi,

In case the new Footer Builder is activated on your site, you do not need to edit static blocks, because they are not affect the footer content. You need to edit the Footer template. Please go to XStore Builders > Footer > edit footer template https://youtu.be/vrNKjc84MKE?feature=shared

No, my question is that I have edited static block but is not appearing on above header in global sections. so what’s its solution? I have also disabled cache plugin and CDN. but still its not working properly.

Hello, Nomi,

It looks like the New Header builder is activated on your site https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/212-new-xstore-header-builder-with-elementor It means the option from your screenshot can not work, and you need to edit the header template via XStore Builders > Header.

Save static block content as a template https://elementor.com/help/how-to-duplicate-an-elementor-page/ , and then import it inside the header builder > header template.
