Not able to register my theme its showing “There was an error with the API request call. “

not able register my theme license getting error “There was an error with the API request call. This is a common problem caused by an SSL certificate. Please check it here. If your certificate does not exist or has errors, please contact your server provider.”

i have run ssl test and everything seems ok
