    I can’t find a way to get the email notification to the client.
    I tried it and I still haven’t received the email:

    Your account has been created in PegPerego

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Based on the screenshot you provided, it appears that “Developer Mode” is currently enabled. We kindly ask you to disable this mode and verify if the issue persists.
    This mode is intended for when you have real orders on your website and want to send your customers old emails (not broken new ones) while you are building new emails with our builder.
    This option is recommended to use while you are creating your emails with builder and if you are ready to test them you may just switch off the developer option.

    Hello, I am trying with another email when one enters as a new user and I do not receive “Your account has been created in PegPerego”

    And on the other hand I want to highlight or configure and it doesn’t work, it looks frozen, I attached a photo.

    1/ Please check how mails work when our email builder is disabled (XStore > Email Builder).
    Also, check how it works when no XStore theme is activated, but a default WooCommerce theme – Storefront (Appearance > Themes).
    Let us know the results of the tests.

    Hello, I only receive the notification that the customer made the purchase to my email addresses@pegperego.com.ar.
    But the client does not even receive both the Welcome and the payment receipt.

    Hello, Martin,

    You can find the Storefront theme via Dashboard > Appearance > Themes > Add new.

    Widgets could be messed up after switching, so open the Appearance > Widgets tab before switching to be able to move the widgets to the correct area after switching back.

    I’m going to try the Storefront theme, does the email-builder have to be activated?
    And on the other hand, I do the test if it arrives by email as a New User and also the purchase order.

    Sorry to bother you, I’m trying and want to use your designs.

    I receive the emails when the customer places the purchase order, but with the basic WooCommerce design, not with the XStore design

    The client does not receive:
    – Your account has been created on PegPerego
    – {customer_name} placed a new order #{order_number} in your store

    Our email builder works only with the XStore theme activated, so it doesn’t matter if it’s on or off when changing the theme.

    Your answer is not very clear to us, unfortunately, we will tell you something here, and you draw conclusions:
    If the problem with sending emails persists even when another theme is activated, it indicates that the issue may not be related to the theme itself. In this case, we recommend contacting your hosting provider, and at the same time, seeking assistance from the WooCommerce support team at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/ for further troubleshooting.

    Should you wish to implement your custom email designs for customer communications, it is necessary to deactivate the Developer option.
