i have 2 problems one is I can’t update and another is my subproduct was showing 4 products per line but it changed to 1 product I tried to fix it but can’t

Go to Dashboard > Plugins > Add new > Upload plugin > Choose plugin (downloaded from https://www.8theme.com/downloads) > Install now > click on “Replace current with uploaded” and the plugin will be updated on your site.

2/ Could you please also provide temporary wp-admin?

I have checked the problem is caused by elemenor pro so it means i cannot use the plugin with your theam right

Please check it. Try to connect to FTP using FileZilla by yourself and provide us with the correct credentials.
