Make sure that you installed Kirki framework plugin; make sure that you updated not just theme but the Core plugin too; make sure that you finished migration of theme options (Go to Xstore > Theme Options after Kirki plugin installation).

Make sure that your translation files are synchronized. Button Sync (Loco Translate plugin http://prntscr.com/glemdq) allows you to synchronize your translation file with pot file. Then you will be able to translate untranslated strings.
