6.0 is a major update that’s why I would recommend you to create a staging site (full copy of the existing one) and update theme there first. If everything is ok then you’ll be able to update production site.
You need to update the theme > update Core plugin > activate the Kirki > go to Theme Options (theme options migration will be finished once you open them) > disable the Redux. Make sure that your child theme doesn’t contain code with the Redux mentioned – https://www.8theme.com/topic/redux-framework-3/
Turn on debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.

To use Instagram on the site, you need to update XStore theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ and Core plugin https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/
Please note that any Core plugin update requires the theme update to the latest version before the plugin update. 6.0 was a major update, Redux Framework was changed to Kirki. Do the backup of all the files and DB before the theme update.
