Update to Latest version 6.0.2 from Version 5.6 / Core plugin 1.2.7

Hi I try to update to Latest version 6.0.2 / Core plugin 1.3 from Version 5.6 / Core plugin 1.2.7
I upload theme and core files. Deactivate Redux framework plugin. After I activate Kirki Customizer Framework my is broken and I get white screen. Only helps to downgrade to XStore Version 5.6 / Core plugin 1.2.7.

How can update my site to Latest version 6.0.2?

Hello,

6.0 is a major update that’s why I would recommend you to create a staging site (full copy of the existing one) and update theme there first. If everything is ok then you’ll be able to update production site.
You need to update the theme > update Core plugin > activate the Kirki > go to Theme Options (theme options migration will be finished once you open them) > disable the Redux. Make sure that your child theme doesn’t contain code with the Redux mentioned – https://www.8theme.com/topic/redux-framework-3/
Turn on debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.
If you need our help with the update, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access to the staging site. Please note that our technicians will be available from Monday, due to weekends.
