2) Make sure that you updated not just theme but XStore core plugin to version 1.3.1
3) Make sure that you finished migration of theme options (Go to Xstore > Theme Options after Kirki plugin installation)
4) Provide us with Dashabord and FTP access if previous suggestions do not work for you.
