    There is an issue to close popup window, it doesn’t close immediately by clicking on the cross so you have to click once again anywhere to close it. Please check attached video.
    How to resolve it?

    Unfortunately, we can’t watch the video. Please provide a new one. You can use Gyazo GIF https://gyazo.com/download?lang=en
    Also, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

    The problem is caused by Easy FancyBox plugin. Disable the plugin or contact the authors of this plugin to get help.
    We don’t give guaranty for full theme compatibility with all 3-rd party plugins.
