We can’t find our reason for the problem just by screenshot, so provide temporary wp-admin access, please. Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it. Delete the account once all questions will be solved.
Please clear all cache and check one more time. I’ve just logged in via the form in the sidebar using credentials from you, without any problem.

Check the search now, we have disabled search by SKU via Theme Options. If you want to use the search by SKU, change these SKU https://prnt.sc/uecl22 , they should not be the same as the product title.

Try to enable Site Preloader in Theme Options.
Sorry for the delay in answering.
You need to select Site Language in Dashboard > Settings > General.
Go to Plugins > disable and remove XStore Core plugin, then go to XStore > Plugin Installer > install it again. Continue translation fo the plugin.
