So, I read other topics about “You may also like” and how to add products to the upsell.
But, what widget do you add?
Is it “Product Categories”, “Products”?

Hello,

Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Single product page > Single product layout > Location Of Upsell Products > Sidebar.

Hi,

If you want to show upsell products in the sidebar on the single product page, you do not need to use any element or widget, just specify these products https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/related-products-up-sells-and-cross-sells/ and select the location via Theme Options.

So, I did what you suggested but nothing happens.
Let me show you

Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Single product page > Single product layout > Location Of Upsell Products > Sidebar.

As you can see, it is not working. Maybe I’m missing something, maybe I need to add an additional step?
I went to the woocommerce support and they said that this problem could be because of the theme. I’m not sure about that, could you please take a look?

Hi,

Provide URL of the product and temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it. Delete the account once all questions will be solved.

I don’t understand what you did. Could you explain it, because I don’t see any static block? Maybe I’m confused and Upsell and cross-sell should be something that shows automatically?

Hello,

There is no need in static blocks. Olga just re-save settings (Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Single product page > Single product layout > Location Of Upsell Products > Sidebar). Once you select Up-sell and cross-sell for product, they will be displayed automatically.
