I want to return the theme. I want a refund. not sourced from hosting. I tried it on 2 different hosts and they both suck. I got angry and got a refund of my 2 hosting fees and I realized that this work was theme-based. I want a refund please

Yes, create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
As you mentioned, the site has not bad results via gtmetrix. Where and when do you face the slow connection? Describe the problem in more detail.

but you should know this. I made a trial at 2 different hosting companies. There is a completely theme-driven slowdown. Plugins do not work, sometimes even slowing them down. You still have a look but I could not find the solution. then you refund
