    Hello,

    Your problem was caused by js code http://prntscr.com/k57ipd that you added in text widget in the footer static block. You can’t add js code in simple text block or area that is not suitable for the js code (promo popup for example).

    If you need to add the script in footer use Insert Header and Footers plugin and use special area of that plugin to add js code in footer. And remove the script from footer static block.

    Hello,

    We have updated theme for you.
    1) It’s related to the site speed. The script that creates slider loads a little bit slow that’s why it takes time to build slides. You can try to enable site preloader to show the page only when all the content is loaded. Also, I would recommend you to speed up the site.

    Hello,

    We have updated theme and included plugins. Your child theme includes a number of outdated files
    royal-child/woocommerce/archive-product.php version 2.0.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.4.0,
    royal-child/woocommerce/checkout/thankyou.php version 2.2.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.2.0,
    royal-child/woocommerce/content-single-product.php version 1.6.4 is out of date. The core version is 3.4.0,
    royal-child/woocommerce/single-product/add-to-cart/simple.php version 3.0.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.4.0,
    royal-child/woocommerce/single-product/add-to-cart/variable.php version 3.0.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.4.1,

    Check the files of the new version and do the appropriate changes in child theme files to make them up to date. The child theme is your custom theme, so child theme update is outside the scope of our support because includes your custom code.

    Also, remove the google analytics code from the home page because it causes error http://prntscr.com/k52zpr Move script to the appropriate area of the header and footer plugin settings.

    So, contact WooCommerce support, fix the problem and reply back if the problem persists only with our theme after that because XStore should not affect the number of products on the product page.

    Contact your hosting provider and ask if they have any limits for connections from other countries.
    Let me know if you need IP address of our expert to add it to the whitelist.

    Hello,

    We have activated the default WP theme – Twenty Seventeen and see the same issue https://gyazo.com/4c278a3b8da7338a618403cbcb835fc8 that caused by the error of the WooCommerce plugin in the console. Once you disable the WC plugin everything works fine with both default and Royal theme. So, please, fix the error that you get even with the default theme to make the grid work fine. Check this post https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/jquery-cookie-fails-to-load/ this may help you, looks that script error caused by outdated MOD_SECURITY core ruleset.

    fas fa-box-open are classes of the new version of FontAwesome – 5.0. Royal theme use version 4.7.0, so use classes of 4.7.0 version https://fontawesome.com/v4.7.0/ , for example, fa fa-archive .

    Hello,

    You should have PHP and JS skills to replace default wishlist by the new one.
    Code of the wishlist you can find in the following files: xstore/framework/woo.php (etheme_wishlist_btn, etheme_wishlist_widget, etheme_wishlist_fragments functions), xstore/js/etheme.js, xstore/js/etheme.min.js

    But if you want to have wishlist widget in the header with information about products that you have in the wishlist and number of items in the wishlist without page reload, add products to wishlist without page reload (using ajax) you will need to use refresh fragments and admin-ajax.php.
    If you are agreed to add to wishlist with page reload and remove wishlist widget functionality then it does not matter what plugin you will use YITH or WooCommerce Wishlists.

    Nope, this code is not suitable for the WPBakery default Video element. WPBakery Video element code you can find in js_composer/include/templates/shortcodes/vc_video.php Follow the WPBakery documentation if you want to change their default elements, we are able to help you only with our theme settings and elements.

    Hello,

    We have fixed the issue with the Product Categories list element that caused white space on the frontent (xstore/framework/shortcodes/categories-lists.php file), problem with editing page in the backend and sawing is related to WP Editor plugin that causes the error in the console http://prntscr.com/k4aayx
    Keep this plugin disabled to edit pages and contact plugin author to solve the problem.

    We are working on the improvement of theme and 5.0 version of XStore will have updated and improved code for many things, including js and DB requests, that will speed up site loading.

    Unfortunately, we can offer only general solutions for the 4.x version of XStore: cache plugin, image optimization, server optimization.

    yex, disabling of the admin-ajax.php also helps to reduce the loading time but you need to disable the wishlist and cart mini popup and number of items for both http://prntscr.com/k48pmb because they won’t work without refresh fragments.

    Hello,

    1) Video post does not have any special settings for the image size but script calculates the height of the video according to the height of simple post image http://prntscr.com/k480qe during page loading. So, I’m not sure if understand your problem. Can you provide me with screenshots of the issue for better understanding?

    2) There is no such option in theme but we’ll add it one of the next updates. Meanwhile, you can improve it by yourself in the child theme. Add the following code in child theme functions.php

        float: right !important;
    }

    Please, remove that code and let me know if you still have a problem with the number of products.

    Make sure that you set the correct settings in Infinite Scroll plugin settings https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/woocommerce-infinite-scroll-and-ajax-pagination-settings/
    You won’t get the infinite scroll if you don’t use the correct classes.

    1) I guess that your server is returning a generic HTML page instead of allowing the update. It could be related to plugins that you use or server settings. We can’t tell you the exact reason without checking your site Dashboard and server error logs.

    2) Have you updated all the bundled plugins including XStore Core to latest versions? Problem with color picker is a known issue of the old version of Massive Addons plugin and the new version of WP. And it disappears once you update MA to version 2.3.2 at least and clear cache.

    3) I don’t understand the problem with the media. Can you provide the screenshot for better understanding and temporary Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check?

    Hello,

    This problem could be caused by a few reasons:

    1) You are trying to update theme on the different domain that theme was activated (for example you activated the theme on localhost and moved it to live domain). Then you just need to go to Theme Options > deactivate theme and activate it using your purchase code again

    2) There is no enough space on your server and archive that was downloaded for the update is broken. Make sure that you have no less than 20MB of the free space on your hosting.

    You can also update theme via FTP instead of auto update.
    If it does not help provide temporary Dashboard and FTP access and we’ll help you with the update.
