I’m having issues updating the theme, I’m getting an error every time I try to upload to WordPress.

What error did you get?
What theme version on your site currently?
Have you tried to update theme via FTP? http://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/#installation_upgrade

Please assist, I received the errors below when setting up my child theme:

The theme “WooPress – 8theme WordPress theme” generated unexpected PHP debug output.

Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process.
Follow the steps below to update theme through FTP:
– Download the zipped package from ThemeForest and extract to your desktop.
– In the extracted package you will find archive WooPress_Theme_v.x.x.zip, which is the WordPress theme.
-Extract zip file and upload only extracted woopress folder to /wp-content/themes/ folder on your server with overwriting.
After update you may need to enter your purchase code to activate our new theme version and skip Setup Wizard. Please, re-save your WooPress options after upgrading the theme. Navigate to admin panel > Theme Options and hit Save changes.

Please provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access. We will help you with the theme update.
Also, confirm that you have a full backup of your site, theme options, and DB.

We have updated theme and all the included plugins. Check, please.
Also, if you use Live Chat then fill in the following fields http://prntscr.com/k3bhbf to use it.
If not – disable the plugin.
