Content not loading/changes not saving - by schnellk

I’ve been using WP Bakery builder successfully to build out a client website, but the edits that I am making are no longer saving (on front and back end editors). I have tried deactivating plugins and updating plugins, but edits are still not saving.

Oddly, deactivating WooCommerce plugins helps a bit (some 8theme block content shows), but product woocommerce blocks show up as code.

Hello,

Provide FTP access to your site, please. Looks that Categories List element is the reason of the problem and we need to take a closer look because can’t reproduce the issue on our test installation.

Hello,

We have fixed the issue with the Product Categories list element that caused white space on the frontent (xstore/framework/shortcodes/categories-lists.php file), problem with editing page in the backend and sawing is related to WP Editor plugin that causes the error in the console http://prntscr.com/k4aayx
Keep this plugin disabled to edit pages and contact plugin author to solve the problem.
