Hello,

That button comes from YITH Advanced Refund System for WooCommerce plugin, it’s not theme option. So, contact the plugin author to find out if they have the option to disable it.
We can just help you to hide it using custom CSS

.woocommerce-MyAccount-content .woocommerce-order-details .ywcars_button_refund {
    display: none;
}

Hello,

You can update theme.

Hello,

Watch this video tutorial https://youtu.be/BpeXfzNwkOc
Demo that you installed uses the multiple headers option (separate header for the home page), so to change the logo/header content for the home page edit the home page header template.

Hello,

1) Replace the previous code by this one

.et_b_header-search.et_element-top-level select, .et_b_header-search input[type="text"],
.et_b_header-search.et_element-top-level input[type="text"]::placeholder {
    font-size: 15px;
}

2) Ok.
3) Unfortunately, there is no option to customize paddings/margins for the header for the different devices (desktop/mobile) So, using responsive units is the best way in your case. Or add the custom code to remove the paddings for the mobile device

@media only screen and (max-width: 480px)
.header-main, .header-top {
    padding-right: 0 !important;
    padding-left: 0 !important;
}

Hello,

There is no such option by default. It’s possible by additional customization only. You can submit customization request here.

Hello,

Provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site to check the issue in detail, please.

Hello,

Thank you for your understanding.

Hello,

I have checked your site and the favicon already has the mentioned attributes http://prntscr.com/uh25hv

So, try to follow the Google instructions https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/9290858?hl=en and request indexing of your site’s homepage https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/6065812

3. Google will look for and update your favicon whenever it crawls your home page. If you make changes to your favicon and want to inform Google about the changes, you can request indexing of your site’s homepage. Updates can take a few days or longer to appear in search results.

Hello,

1) It looks that WCFM does not support HTML minification option and generates some <s>tag even with the default theme (you can enable and check by yourself) That tag breaks the layout of the settings page. One I disabled option http://prntscr.com/uh0zxp everything is ok. So, contact plugin author about this.

2) If I use the correct username and password to log in from the off-canvas form I don’t face problems. Do you get any error on the my account page once you trying to log in from the off-canvas? Could you make a short video of the issue using Gyazo gif tool?

3) We gave you refund 3 months ago http://prntscr.com/uh190z So, what else are you asking for? If you did not get your money back you need to contact Envato support, we don’t have any tools to check it from the author site. Your license is not valid anymore and you can’t use it.

Hello,

Done.

Hello,

Add the following code to Theme Options > Custom CSS

.dokan-dashboard .dokan-dashboard-content {
    overflow-y: hidden;
    overflow-x: auto;
}

Hello,

Enable the default WP theme (Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront theme or any other default theme). After that go to WPBakery design options and update them. Once you update options then switch back to WooPress theme.

Hello,

Should i have access to the download if we purchased support??

I’m not sure about this because it’s Envato support area. We don’t have control over the ThemeForest accounts of the user. But I don’t think that you are able to purchase support of you did not have theme in the Downloads list of your purchases. If not then you need to contact your developer. We can’t provide you access to theme on the support forum. You can download it only from the ThemeForest downloads area.

Hello,

So, do you have the issue or not?
Could you, please, tell me what blocks for what headers do you want to set to test it with real things?

Regards

Hello,

Don’t understand you. Could you, please, provide us with a mockup on how you would like to show that section? And provide us with the WP Dashboard access and we’ll try to help you to implement this if it’s possible of course.
