Developers checked the issue in more detail and found that this is WooCommerce bug, not theme issue because it displays products in the same way even with the default theme https://gyazo.com/131909f3b8e2a38e3ebc7d2fad98e38e
Are you sure that this image already has likes and comments?

Unfortunately, we don’t have options to manage prices because it’s plugin territory. So, you need to contact WooCommerce support https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/ or support of that plugin about this.
We’ll be able to help you only in case it works with the default theme but you face issues with our theme.

Then provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site. Also, don’t forget to install the Cloudflare plugin and log in to your account in the plugin settings to allow to clear the CDN cache after changes.
We provide support via forum only, so we don’t have a personal email for these purposes. So, use any email you have, even randomly generated. But provide us with WP Dashboard username and secure password. We’ll update theme on your site to fix the menu issue.

It looks that problem was caused by the compatibility of the third-party plugin that you use with the Screets Live chat plugin http://prntscr.com/uayxcw
We found that you don’t use the Screets Live chat plugin and removed that. After that users page works fine.
