Hello,

Go to XStore > deactivate theme and then activate it again using your purchase code.
After that follow the instructions and press the Check updates button https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ Update both: theme and XStore plugin.

Hello,

Theme Options works for the blog page that you set in the Settings > Reading > Blog page. Theme Options do not work for the WPBakery Blog elements, for the element you can use only elements options.

ThemeForest does not offer any test license, unfortunately. So, you can use 1 license for the project and then deactivate and remove theme to be able to try it for the other project. But you can’t develop a number of projects at the same time using the same license.

You installed the WPBakery version of the demo content and you can edit existing pages using WPBakery page builder only. You can create new pages using Elementor but using 2 page builders at the same time slows down your site. So, we would recommend you to choose the one of them.

2) We don’t have uption to make related products full-width, it fits the container width that you set in the Theme Options > General > Site width.

You use the latest version of our theme with all the necessary settings in Theme Options > Speed Optimization. We don’t have any additional tools to speed up our theme.

You can submit optimization request here to get help with individual site optimization.

We do understand you but unfortunately, we are not able to keep the old header if we want to move on with our updates because the support of the old header options and the header builder options at the same time, testing them after every update takes too much time. That’s why we could offer you our help with rebuilding the headers on your site using header builder.
What version of the theme did you use before and what type of header? Do you know that the header builder includes presets to speed up the creation of the header http://prntscr.com/ve3nnw ?

You may keep version 7.0.2 till the new critical update of the WooCommerce plugin. But it would be better to make your site up to date.

Go to Plugins > disable and remove the XStore core plugin. After that go to XStore > Plugin Installer > install XStore core again. Clear the cache and check the mobile menu after that.
