    Interesting moment like i not using any cache plugin. I can’t find any manual how clear cache without using “WP Super Cache”, “W3 Total Cache”, “WP Fastest Cache “.
    Does XSTORE theme have integrated cache system ?

    I used mobile view from desktop computer, cleared the cache.
    I found problem in Apache Directives caused by pagespeed module. Disabled the pagespeed module:

     <IfModule pagespeed_module>
    ModPagespeed off
    </IfModule>

    Now mobile MENU works as it shoud. Thank you for support
