We added the countdown for the default header a long time ago. So, I’m not sure if developers will add the default header back.
Anyway, you can downgrade your sites to 7.0.2 version of theme and 3.0.2 version of the core plugin to get the default headers back and rebuild it using header builder. If you need help with it we are ready to assist, just provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site.

1) To fix the Add to cart button position add the below code to Theme Options > Custom CSS

We’ll also fix it in the next theme update.

2) Regular customer does not have admin bar at the top, so there is no error with the sticky header for the regular customer. If this is critical for you we can provide you custom code to move the sticky header below the admin bar for the admin. Do you need the custom code?
